About QuitWorks-NH

The program was introduced in 2007, for health care providers to use as a tool to aid the cessation efforts of their patients.

Operated by QuitNow-NH, QuitWorks-NH is a universally endorsed program for use by any provider with any patient willing to make a quit attempt, regardless of health insurance status.

QuitWorks-NH is available to create a continuum of effective treatment interventions from admission to post-discharge outpatient visits.

The NH Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program offers training and technical assistance to any hospital or health care practice interested in adopting QuitWorks-NH.

New Hampshire is a founding member of the North American Quitline Consortium.
