The QuitWorks-NH on-demand professional development modules help health care professionals refer and assist their patients in quitting tobacco and utilizing the services through QuitNow-NH.
DHHS has completed 5 modules. Topics include: Fundamentals of QuitNow-NH, Ask, Assist, Refer: Treating Tobacco Use for Dependence, Pharmacotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Supporting Pregnant and Postpartum Women to Quit Tobacco. The modules accommodate hectic clinical schedules and offer free continuing education credits for each module completed.
